Chocolate Mug Brownie
Start by putting all the following ingredients together into a mug: 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons natural, unsweetened cocoa, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir all the dry ingredients together with a spoon, making sure to get rid of any clumps. Add 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil, and 1 to 2 drops of vanilla extract into the cup and stir well until all combined.
Put your mug in the microwave and heat on high until cooked through — around one and a half to two minutes. The brownie should be a little moist and not dry when you remove it. Leave it to cool for a minute and then serve with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream for a delicious after-dinner treat.
